The wrist band is Petersham webbing and Velcro and is fully adjustable. The band has 2 integrated strips of 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material, improving visibility in low light conditions. It is available in four colours; black, neon yellow, blue and red, and in Small, Medium, Large. Extra Large is also available in black only. All orders take up to 2 weeks to be made up.

Are they guaranteed?
The stainless steel ICE ID tag has been made as tough as those who wear it. If you wear out an ICE ID tag we will replace it at no charge.
How does my new tag attach?
On the wrist ICE the tag attaches to the black elastic between the two labels. Simply slip the elastic through the space on either side of the tag. For the shoe ICE, you need to thread the top piece of the Velcro (the one with the reflective stripe) through the spaces on the sides of the tag.
What happens if there is a mistake on my ICE ID tag?
If an order is taken over the phone, by fax, or through the mail, it may be misinterpreted during the processing of the order. Often at these times, we phone customers that have mailed in their orders if we cannot ascertain what a particular letter or word is. If a mistake is made by us, we replace the ICE ID at no charge. If however, the customer makes the mistake, there is a small processing fee to re-do the tag.
When will I receive my ICE ID?
Each unique product goes through a customization procedure to be laser engraved per your request. The amount of time it takes your order to be posted is dependent on several variables. Orders will however take no longer than two weeks to be posted. The speed at which it is delivered after we post the item is based on the type of post you selected and the Postal Service.
